About Lake Create + Make

This project is done in collaboration with the Lakeland Arts Windermere Jetty Museum. The idea behind this project is to create an initiative for young people around Windermere to explore design, creativity & access to Lake Windermere. This wider project seeks to explore how Windermere can better support local young people through access, opportunity and ask the question What if?

Through a series of 4 workshops, reflected upon this challenge, discussing and re-imagining how the group would improve access to the lake for them and other young people.

Together we developed a brief and designs for temporary prototype installations testing the groups ideas on the lake that were built over 2 days at the Windermere Jetty Museum.
